Package Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that the package being sent complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and our company policies. You must not send any prohibited or hazardous materials (see "Prohibited Items" section below).

 

Payment: You agree to pay the applicable fees for the services provided, including any taxes, surcharges, or additional charges incurred due to special handling or delivery conditions.

 

 

4. Prohibited Items

 

You are prohibited from sending the following items via our courier services:

 

Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, flammable items, chemicals) (except with prior written agreement).

 

Perishable goods unless specifically agreed upon.

 

Live animals.

 

Firearms, weapons, and ammunition.

 

Illegal substances or contraband.

 

Pornographic materials or offensive content.

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of items that fall under these categories and will not be responsible for any damages, fines, or legal actions resulting from sending such items.

 

5. Delivery Time and Delays

 

Estimated Delivery Time: While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, we do not guarantee specific delivery times. The delivery time is an estimate and subject to various factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays.

 

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, road conditions, or government actions. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays.

 

 

6. Payment and Fees
